Prices and Terms
Policies, prices, and terms are subject to change or cancellation
Products made up of multiple components must remain intact until
delivered to the dental office or laboratory.
Shipments are F.O.B. Johnson City, Tennessee.
Roydent’s obligation and the buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy
for breach of warranty, express or implied, is limited to a refund
of the purchase price or replacement of the product. Roydent shall
not be liable for any other damages including incidental and consequential
Return authorization numbers will be valid for a period not to
exceed 30 days from the date of issuance. Merchandise received after
the expiration of the return authorization number will not be accepted
Care should be taken in packaging return items to ensure that they
will be received in the same condition as the original shipment.
Damaged merchandise will not be accepted for return.
All returns should be sent to the following address and shipped
in a traceable manner such as UPS, FedEx, etc. Returned products
should be shipped prepaid unless otherwise instructed by the Sales/Service
department. The return authorization number should be indicated
on the outside of the box being returned. Packages returned without
a return authorization number on the outside of the box will be
returned to sender unopened for our mutual protection.

After receipt and inspection, all merchandise shipped in accordance
with provisions previously stated will be accepted for return on
the following basis:
- Any product that does not perform to the satisfaction of the
dentist will be replaced. Dentist name, specific reason for return,
address and/or phone number will be required to process replacement
- No discontinued products will be accepted for return.
- Product must be returned in new resalable condition without
any markings, unused and in the original package with seal intact.
- Product will not be accepted for return after one year from
the date of invoice.
- Product authorized for return must have at least one year shelf
- A minimum handling fee of 15% will be charged for all returns
(not applicable for A thru C).
- Claims related to shipment and ordering errors will NOT be considered
if more than 30 days old. Invoice or order numbers must be provided
for all claims of this nature.
